If you'd like the experience of a one on one, small group or a group of up to 29 student private yoga class, Sup Dog is the company to go with!
Planning a bachelor/bachelorette party, birthday, friendly gathering or corporate wellness event? We're here for you!
Yoga classes are 90 minutes long and include 60 minutes of guided yoga instruction and then 30 minutes of fun on the boards! All SUP and yoga skill levels are welcome.
One on One - $50
2-4 Students - $45 per board
5 Students - $40 per board
6-10 Students - $35 per board
11+ Students - $30 per board

YOGA INSTRUCTOR BIO
Krystin Scott is a RYT 200 hour who received her training at Core Power Yoga in Austin, TX. She began her yoga journey in June 2014, taking a yoga class at a gym to stretch out her sore muscles. Her first few months were strictly asana focused until October 2014, finding the Instagram yoga community and realizing there is so much more to yoga than asana.
Participating in daily yoga challenges helped to get her to her mat everyday, even if only for a few minutes in the beginning. She also began to learn more about meditation and self-love. In January 2015, Krystin made a serious commitment to daily practice and hasn't looked back since. She signed up for teacher training with the initial intention of deepening her practice and further self-exploration but found that she really loves teaching! She has been teaching as much as possible since receiving her certification in August 2015. She also began teaching SUP Yoga in August of 2015 and LOVES to take her personal practice and students out on the water. Her goal as a teacher is to connect with her students on their personal journeys for physical, emotional and spiritual health.
